The River Advocates Forum provides a way for those working on river protection to share ideas, concerns, and information about issues affecting rivers – local, regional, or statewide.  An informal group of river advocates across the state, the RAF generally meets quarterly; participants also occasionally post news and questions to an email list.  Featured speakers at RAF meetings present information on current issues, followed by group discussion.  Membership is free and open to all volunteers and non-profit staff working to protect rivers, streams, wetlands, lakes, or ponds.  The group is hosted and moderated by Alliance board member Heidi Ricci.  Unlike the Massachusetts Rivers Alliance, the River Advocates Forum does not take positions on issues.

If you would like to be added to the River Advocates Forum’s email list, please contact Heidi at hricci@massaudubon.org.
